Society Centers are the primary buildings for settlements in Society Stage and beyond. They can be designed by the player in the Tech Editor. The Society Center (or SC) is the defining building for a settlement. A settlement is created once an SC is built, gaining stats and an auto-generated name.
A Society Center is either a hub for the community or a seat of power. It is the most critical place for determining how the Settlement is organised.
